After they become my clients for other works and if we are ok with the work flow I change the format to:

Ask for 50% down,

Send encrypted ans water mark preview.

and when all OK get the other 50%.

YOU MUST BE VERY CLEAR from the beginning…

If they like this OK y not get some one else….
