I haven’t experienced any issues that you’ve mentioned and I’ve been hitting the sites pretty hard today. Please contact support with full details of the issue when things like this occur, including screenshots. You may message me the ticket ID after if you wish. This (support system) is the best & correct way for us to get the information to the devs, thanks.

I wanted to update you guys to let you know I’m working with Slobodan and team right now to resolve this issue. It’s a bit complex but I think we’re very close to having this 100% resolved, I’ve also contacted some other staff members to do my best to speed things up for you.

I cannot see that there has been a solution implemented in the past three years. I just signed up wanting to buy a 45$ theme but have to deposit 50$ and leave the remaining 5$??

You’re not alone. This is why the developers are coming up with something new. Please have a read of the following new feature which will be implemented real soon:

We’re working on this now, and it’s just one of many steps we’re taking to make the sites much more buyer friendly. And more buyer friendly equals more sales.

Yes, we have a feature called “Buy Now” that you may use to buy and item without making a deposit. Please note that items bought with pre-paid credits are $2 cheaper than items purchased via “Buy Now”.

You can select whichever option works best for you after clicking the purchase button.
