You have a responsibility as a forum moderator to respect all authors and buyers, not undermine their efforts to keep buyers informed and up to date.

Your files sell because of lopsided exposure, not necessarily quality. When you undermine TriWorks and other new authors whose files are superior to yours you are mis-using your authority.

If you can keep us buyers from finding their files you make more money. Have you no conscience?

You tried undermining AS3 authors but fortunately FlashDen didn’t let you get away with it. Hopefully they will start listening to the buyers and authors you are hurting and stop you again.

Yes, I know. I would be the first person that he would want to remediate. I would respect him enough to follow his advice.

.... I believe that those self promoting threads were not so much of a bad idea for the simple fact that people were notified about what was to be created on a basis of service and need. This site is for people who want to buy files that suit their needs and by asking “what would you like on your pizza?” is a smart way to better serve the customer.

A shame you are not in charge of the forum. If the person in charge of this forum cared more about helping buyers and new authors than his own self interests this entire thread would not exist. Pray for the day.

My comments never related to You caring about Your customers. I am sure you are most accomodating.

My comments are related to Buyer issues as a whole.

You are also one of the most helpful authors on the forum in assisting user questions, in both AS2 and AS3 I might add.

Yes it is true I have a passion for honesty and fair play, especially when it comes to buyers and new authors.

Far too little effort is made in this forum to protect buyers and new authors from the holier-than-thou, self-appointed- rule-makers that control it.

Far too much of this forum is controlled a few of the same whining, self-absorbed authors who think buyers care about what their favorite movies are instead of letting us know about great files like the coming WildWise template or the TriWorks Modules.

As to the second part of your comment, that thread was started in response to a post I had just made in the first place!!
