Yh, I’m guessing it starts when the transaction gets put thought, unless the `Author` has to first accept the job, in which you then lose nothing.

I have stupid question about turnarounds and world time. I am not familiar with exact sciences like high mathematics or relativity theory, for example I set my turnaround to 1 day, and let’s say my local time is +2 UTC and my customer is -11 UTC. Is this situation when I lose half of my turnaround time?
