HiRecently I have a buyer that complain about css3 3D effect that not shown on IE9 browser. I’ve tell him that this is not the theme problem/issue, IE9 do not support “css3 transition”, that’s why the 3D effect wont show up. But he said that I need to remove IE9 from compatible browser or give some advice to fix that problem.
My english is not so good, Any tips on how I should explain about this situation to him?
Many Thanks!
You should mention the specifics on the “Item Details” page otherwise your theme/template might get disabled due to quality reasons.

Always do search a of your desired theme name here on TF because deciding upon it
Reviewers should also do a search of the theme name first as I noticed yesterday a wordpress theme was approved with a name which was already taken by another wp theme a long ago

Purchasing themes, obviously I will go for responsive themes anytime. After all, there is an immense shift going on from desktops to mobile devices. Fortunately most themes are responsive, so enough choice. However, there’s one thing that most of them lack: the integration of retina processing. When a theme says ‘responsive’, it says ready for mobile devices. With most of these being retina and growing, that should mean the ability to upload at least a regular logo and a retina sized logo. But well, I haven’t come across this option yet. It’s a miss, because there’s nothing more disturbing than a blurry logo. It’s the first thing a visitor sees. Crisp fonts and images, but a blurry logo? Why?
So dear developers, please go and integrate retina logos with your themes. It’s a relatively small thing to do for you and then you can truly boast ‘responsive and retina ready’. Wouldn’t that be neat?
Thanks for reading! Tom

Thank you am_themes – very helpful. For anyone that might have any ideas, How would splitting up the profits work? Sign a contract and make transfers every month? Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you, ParkMate these points are not clear to me: ‘For long term partnership, it is better to create a new account to which both designer and developer will have access.”
You mean new account and both partner can able to login main account?
Second: “As envato marketplaces allow multiple withdrawals so each partner can withdraw his share just before the end of the moth.”
What does it mean envato just allowed 1 transaction on every month before 15. So i think you mean that if author have multiple withdraw feature then the other partner can login main account and withdraw his/her earning… i m right? But then how to withdraw to partner account not your own main account.
There are authors who collaborate only on per theme basis like I have done with 50AndJack and we are selling that theme through my account they because they wanted me to do so due to providing support. Then there are authors who will join forces to create themes after themes. So in later case separate account, to which both will have login access, is a better option e.g. each partner can withdraw his share himself.
There is no 1 withdrawal limitation here on envato marketplaces. For example you can withdraw some money to your paypal account, some to moneybookers and some directly to your bank. All three transactions in one month.

The sharing formular depends on the roles designer and developer will play. If the designer will just design psds then developer will have the lion share but if the designer will design psd + code it into html/css and developer will convert it into wordpress theme + support then the sharing can be even 50/50.
The partnership may also allow the designer to sell psd and html as sole proprietor.
