Many themes include premium plugins. You should ask plugin author permission, if you are allowed to use their plugin under extended license in your project. Sometimes plugin authors already specify it in their item description.

Also Envato are preparing special Stock license option for such cases, but until it is rolled out, you should look for plugin authors permission.

Also I can not expand monthly statistics on earnings page.

Another issue is that in earnings section monthly statistics do not expand, when month is clicked. It seems related to issue mentioned by Pixelworkshop above.

This is really cool. +1 for sending notification to buyers who purchased items before it rolled out.
