As for any member being able to rate the file, because we want to encourage the rating/review system to be used to help other users when making their purchasing decision, we will probably not put this feature in. That way, only members who have actually used the file will be able to give feedback.

yo dudes, I agree..only person who purchased the file can rate. Otherwise its not accurate cause how would they know how good the file is without using them. Although it might work for sounds tho
