If you don’t get drafted this time around don’t worry, if you’re following me on Twitter there will be more invites, just keep watching for them!
something like this http://themeforest.net/forums/thread/2-dribble-invite-giveaway/59592 would be nice – and you still can browse with your phone easier (if your phone have browser features)
I will give it a try, my prospect account http://dribbble.com/WpGirl
Working on client project, not finished yet, for now just buttons slider and switches – will use this on WordPress theme option panel

you can have the PSD file here http://bit.ly/xDw0gW

haha, I think know the “things” inside your mind – and the theme you’re talking aboutIMO , it’s all about marketing strategies
simple example, IMO author with 5000+ (twitter followers and/or TF followers and/or maybe facebook pages with lots of subscribers) will more easier to get more sells.
and also if your name is famous on the internet, people will curious with your products, LOL

if your issues are comes from the theme/template false (fatal error, etc) – you should report the file into support if the author not responding into your questions![]()
but if your issues are: how to modify (advance modification), change the functions, change the animations (jQuery/js) – that need more than 10 minutes for author to reply your question, maybe you should ask if the author available for custom work and how much you will need to pay for all changes or hire a person to fix all things that you called your issues

sorry for my english-1.
Any author worth his salt would know better than to dismiss an issue that’s not his just because ‘that’s your problem not mine’. Customer support and creating a loyal following requires some flexibility and compromise and it’s up to the author to determine where to draw the line.
I can point out 2 authors- System32 & Catalin who did just that for me and I’d sing their praises and continue to buy their themes. Some authors who can’t still point you in the right direction with no love lost like Paralellus who couldn’t handle my issue and referred me to a freelancer for which my client paid an additional $400. He drew the line and I understood.
I totally understand that
but for me – I bought a theme, make some additional changes and give it to my client for $$xxx. So when i need made some changes (based on my clients need) i never ask the author “how to change this, how to change that”
I hire a freelance to do the changes and let the author enjoy my $35 for his great work
thanks

Nice topic
me as buyer, honestly little attracted with these HTML5 logos BUT I always read the item description carefully and check the live version of the item. So if the item description said the template/theme is comes with fully HTML5 feature but I can’t find anything(HTML 5 features) on the live demo – i just close the browser and go to another files/items.
but i do agree with @duotive – we all know HTML5 have lots of awesome features, i think let’s hide the HTML5 logo if the theme/template do not use any HTML5 inside it, or if the template just comes with HTML5 validation – better to use “HTML VERSION ” text into the thumbnail and image preview, I think buyer has no reason to complaint that they think the item is WordPress version
but once again, i have no problem so far with templates/themes with HTML5 logo – ( note: i’m a buyer with coding knowledge, may different with another buyer that do not know anything about coding )
Cheers (sorry about my english)
Ramadan Mubarak, everyone!
