And that’s exactly why we have the option in there. Like it or not, if a buyer is using the ratings area as their prime way of making a comment on item support, then we want to know that. Obviously it will be something we want to look at.
You’re not just asking them, you’re telling buyers that “customization” is a valid reason. To know why a buyer rated X, a simple “Why you rated X ?” question would be more than enough, there’s no need for a dropdown.

Remember that the sole purpose of this test is to give us some understanding of what the buyers are thinking when they rate items. This is a very basic first step to collect data to get an overall feel to understanding how buyers will use a ratings system. This is not a final set of ratings features so don’t worry about what it includes or doesn’t include. We’re simply looking at the reasons behind ratings :)
nonetheless, while you’re collecting this data, a lot of buyers would see those options and assume that both “support” and “customization” are valid primary reasons to rate an item.

my card is about to expire (july) so now i have a “reissue new card” link in my account page. Question is, would the old card still be functional until new one is delivered ? Would my account remain untouched or a new one will be created and funds transferred ?

Can’t seem to find info on the subject so i thought i’d ask here in case somebody already went through the process.

yep but they also have offices in many countries offering native language support (france, italy, germany, spain and so on). If i’d have to get one now, i’d use ovh.us to pay in usd rather than eur.

If it wasn’t for the “managed” restriction, i’d suggest ovh. I have managed more than 10 servers with them and never had bandwidth (100Mbit) or support related issue.

Uptime of my older server with them
16:52:14 up 1662 days, 1:58, 1 user, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00

Current TF preview/forum/git server
16:52:27 up 270 days, 8:33, 1 user, load average: 0.04, 0.06, 0.05
