It’s getting there.
I’m meeting with the builder next week to go through the final bits and bobs.
I will be posting before, during and after photos on here with details of costs and techniques used.

Hi Catch22Catch22Music saidAny progress on your new studio?
I’m doing EXACTLY the same thing this year. 7×3m. One end with a completly sound proofed vocal booth for recording.
I do have this keyboard, and yes I worker faster because of it!
My name is Bobby Cole (catch22music) and over the next few years I am taking on a very interesting project.
Stephen King’s ‘The Shining’ is one of my favorite books of all time. I plan to basically score this entire book (58 chapters split into 5 acts) with music, and I am doing lots of research into it. So I thought that I would post some info on here to see what people think -
These are the questions I am asking people -
1) How can you turn writing into music effectively? 2) What scales / chords / rhythms evoke specific feelings and moods? 3) Any other ideas you have in regards to taking text and writing and turning it accurately into music
So I am not looking at simply ‘if its scary play a minor chord’ I really want to make the music accurately portray each chapter, so that it feels like you are ‘reading’ the book when listening and that the plot unfolds.
I have a short promo video that can be found here – http://www.facebook.com/theshiningmusic which gives you a good idea of the project.
Let me know your thoughts!
YES YES YES !
This is a great idea.
I’m over in Swansea, and as far as I know, am the only welsh person on Audio Jungle!!!
Let me know if you need any further help organizing it!
Bob
OK this is catch22music here from Audio Jungle.
I am interested in getting a new logo designed for my company so thought I would open it up to the lovely people at Graphic River!
The competition is to design me a logo based on my Catch 22 Music Play style button. I will be using this for all sorts of things, so would need the following –
- A play / pause button style logo based on my logo
- Make it more up to date, clear and exciting
- Make four different colour versions (orange, red, purple, green and blue)
The winner will be able to have access to my library of music and select up to five songs that they can have to help them promote their work.
Let me know whose game!
DO IT ! That would be amazing!
I am purchasing a new PC this year and want to get a serious beast for music production.
I am after a quad or 6 Core Intel SSD hard drives Triple head graphics card 32 GB Ram
Who knows the best place to purchase this PC from? I want a specialist music PC and am happy to pay quite a bit of money.
I run heavy sample libraries like Goliath, Platinum Orchestra, Storm, Choirs, Komplete 8, e.t.c. I have looked at Inta Audio so would love to hear peoples thoughts on this topic…...
Yes this would be amazing.
Brilliant! Ignore this thread now then, that looks exactly what i need!
OK so I have just set up a new exclusive account and am starting to upload some of my newest music to Audio Jungle.
I am thinking about ways that I can push my exclusive account, and one obvious trick is to upload the videos with the watermarked audio to You Tube, Vimeo, and a host of other video sharing sites. Then add the correct keywords into these videos as well.
I am after a cool video / after effects project / motion graphic that I can place my music underneath so that when I upload to these sites it is not just a static image, but a cool graphic with the Audio Jungle logo flying around, and with a direct link to the file on my portfolio.
Firstly, does anyone know of anything in the author resources like this? And if there is nothing like this, could maybe we discuss with support about getting a generic video into that area for Audio Jungle authors to use?
Bob
