This could get accepted with some small improvements I think.
You can check Envato knowledge base and if you are still in doubt you can send a support ticket and ask for an explanation.

There is no need to have documentation for PSD files. Document what? Photoshop?

It might be too little, but we also want to avoid epic rants if we can Feel free to email me or link to a copy of the content you want to include, so that I can see what you’re trying to achieve. Handling common questions up front smells like a great use case for an FAQ maybe (although they’re per-item, not across all items)?
You can check my support tab on any item, that is the minimum I could get, just that I wanted to add profile page link anchor here and there or some external resources for “No Support” cases.
Also I need some more space for some additional info such as “check my item page for update changelog” and “to get latest update redownload at your downloads page” or “you can install Envato toolkit to get update notification” or perhaps this info would go as static page on the item support tab already.
