Just bump this, I had a situation where client send me the money to buy the AE file and the sound from AJ.
I bought the sound and when I went to purchase my file it says that I m not allowed.
Fair enough.
I never had a second account here and really don ‘t need it (until today ?)
I would like to have the possibility to forward a request (reviewers?) to get permission in justified situations like this one.
Also I know that there are better stuff to do…
This was just the first reaction to my first (and last) hard rejected purchase

As we all know Adobe decide to no longer provide permanent license to their products after CS6.This mean that all new future features will be developed inside CC.
That’s mean also that users will need to have a subscription to CC if they want to use the new features provided by authors.
I know we still have plenty time before CS6 wil become obsolete, but I m curious to know what do you guys think about this in a long and short term. Thanks, Arthur

Sometimes I feel like we are totally abandoned here at VH.
No official answer on this topic, (How hard is to say : Sorry guys, we don`t plan to increase the prices.)
No answer on some important overdue updates like player and rollovers.
I’m sure Mark is overloaded of work, but we could (VH authors) start tweet Collis that we are alive@videohive.
Also I think we should lock this tread cause It’s sad this see a bunch of guys/gals asking things, and nobody cares.

Now,from the very beginning of the E3D here at VH, the use of started model pack as never been discussed properly.
My guess is that Envato did not receive a clear answer from VC team.
My personal suggestion is to create your own basic primitives.
This is what I did for my templates.

I still can’t understand what is he mystery in having something like B&H or Amazon,where users explain their rate.
Somebody can explain me why is so difficult ?

you cannot see who hard rejected you anymore, but in case of approval and soft rejection you can see your reviewer in item’s history tab.
