I have to disagree with you on this one. If he feels comfortable using his native language and quoting a person to it, in other words, he is directing the message to that person, what is the problem? You can always go to translate.google.com just as I would if I read a german, french, russian post.

As anything and anywhere in life, chances are that you might get ripped off. It happens.

You seem to be a great buyer so the best thing to do is DO take the time to complain. Because that is what good buyers do. You just have to do it the right way, through Envato Support.

Complaints like yours is what improves our Marketplace. If all unhappy buyers just leave and the bad authors stay…. we are bound to sink with the ship.

As a self-entitled good author, I appologize for your bad experience, and hope you do not leave us. We are all working hard to make Envato a great place to find and purchase cool stuff.

I acknowledge your frustration and wish you can get a positive response from the support, thus getting your refund and diminishing your loss.

You can bundle it with another item, but it is only advised if it is related. How long have you released it?

Sales might take longer than we wish, maybe a little improvent on the item can make a difference.

Really??? Why is that? I am not a big fan of Fireworks, but would love to hear your opinion.

I second that, even though I have not read the books… everyone tells me they are even better than the show.

I personally think GOT is one of the best series out there, great picture, plot and execution(in all possible meanings of the word) LOL .

Just adding another “log” to the fireplace: Support is what customer perceives as support.
