Well this is great news. I will gladly buy an extended license for every file I use the file in.

CodingJack, I think you’re right. I can’t believe this is the first time I’ve ever heard about it. You’re also right about the branding and the help docs.

Can AD files extend license be used in TF files too?

So in the extend license it says this:

a website template for sale (including on ThemeForest or ActiveDen) – Details

Does that mean what I think it does? This used to not be the case when did it change?

I’ve discovered over the years that you get what you put in (unless of course you have a “hit” file). The other factor is how frequently you upload. If you upload on a continuous basis you’ll have continued growth in sales.

Of course some months are slower than others fro who knows why. Just remember if you’re doing poor you need to add to the portfolio, because some one else is doing great.

Thanks @MSFX. I tried that and it works in the runtime player, but once I load it on the iPad it just doesn’t quite work. I get a response that it’s “focused” but no blinking cursor. I think it’s just a limitation to the iOS that just isn’t going to let it happen. Dang it. Thanks for the help!

I have an app that I’m working on and I’m trying to set the focus to an input textfield, but it doesn’t quite do it. It could be a problem with iOS, but thought I’d post a shout out to see if any my AD peeps know how to set the focus and get the blinking cursor?

I just hope they paid for it. There’s an article over on gizmodo. http://gizmodo.com/5902961/north-korea-spent-a-whole-15-making-its-website though they seem less excited.

Why don’t you like Google fonts? Because of its archive or the functionality?
I’ve started to work with GF recently, and i’m happy with it. Just curious about what could be wrong for an experienced coder.

A lot of the fonts on Google fonts lack variation. Often they have only one weight and may not even have an italic option. Typekit has pretty much every font I’m used to working with from all the major foundries. With google font’s it’s like buying generic when you know the name brand is sooo much better.

Looks like it’s not possible. To get type kit to work you gotta put the domain of the website your using on it. Bummer.
