Good points everyone.
Actually I was the one that always tried to live on freebies. It was more like a principle – not to give my 10$ to those evil ….. authors. Then I realized I lost more time (money) googling for freebies than I would spend buying one of those pro projects. Possibly if I would find what I was looking for between freebies i would still think that. This proves your point.
But then again there is Cramer who does a lot for free and through that has build a huge community and sell’s his products like a charm. And what about sxc.hu?

Oops. Sorry. I should read forum rules again then. Good that I’m not Mod would have a hard time then. Anyways. then keep this thread as an encouragement to start building your freebies base. As regarding Envato – I think it could help to bring in some traffic if we would have some videohive freebies section. it might also help to keep our commercially available stuff high quality, because then reviewers would have 3 options – aproove, reject or send to freebies section.

Hi Videohivers. Every now and then we all got some rejections. I was talking to several authors that felt upset after we rejected their files and I encouraged them to post those rejected files on their blogs/vimeo/youtube accounts for free download to attract some traffic to their pro templates. I think it’s a great thing to do – get something good out of project that you’ve worked on and that didn’t make it through to VH professional templates database. I’m doing it myself and actually I recently took down some of my Vh files and now I’m offering them for free because they were not doing too good as a paid templates. I still hope to work on this more and offer some high quality free content as well.
But the question is – Do you also offer free content? if you do – post link to yours here. I share mine here: [link removed]

Hi. Thanks for this review. It’s quite interesting. I’ve read it all, but just guessing if Paypal-Bank conditions are different in Latvia than other countries, even inside Europe.
It could be. Im just speeking from my experience there. However this might make you think and calculate and find your own best option.

Thank you for this. I just have one question. This is what i read in moneybookers faq:
We will process your withdrawal in EUR , USD or the official currency of the country where your bank is located. Information regarding the currency in which Moneybookers processes every particular withdrawal request is displayed in the final confirmation screen of your withdrawal.
And you said that they carry out withdrawals in EUROS only, so I am confused about that.
I also just read that, however i checked my bank statement and it said EUR converted to Lats so they transfer money in euros and then in my bank they got exchanged to local currency. I also remember reading in withdrawal window that all transactions are carried out in Euros. Will check this at the beginning of next month when some money will come in my Moneybookers account.

I just finished my review on comparing PayPal, MoneyBookers and Swift transfers to find out which is cheaper and when you should start using SWIFT transfers to save some money.

Thank you everyone for help. Here is what I came up with: http://vimeo.com/19165664 I still keep that SonicCube’s track in mind. I think it already inspired me for another stinger.
Now this thread can officially be locked.

Can you point me at any AJ items having similar style to one used in this project? http://videohive.net/item/t4-logo-reveal/117180
basically I’m looking for some kind of electronic music especially with those “distorted” beats that sound like going into peaks and therefore get distorted. Sorry for my funny description. I’m not really into that kind of music, but need something like this for my upcoming VideoHive project. Thanks

Is there a way to generate Report from Ae project file similar to one that’s generated when you use collect files option, but preferably without collecting files? This would help a lot in reviewing files to determine plug-ins used and track down the names of missing files and third party fonts.
