No w samym HTMLu sklepu nie zrobisz, przeciez musi byc jakas baza danych i transkacje itd, wiec bez PHP sie nie obejdzie, a jak i tak masz skrypt w PHP to podpiecie przelewow jest juz formalnoscia (maja swoje API)
Not trying to play devil’s advocate, but if a theme has 20 bugs and the reviewer starts doing checks, it’s probably right to soft-reject it and stop checking after finding 3-5 each time, otherwise they’d go through less themes a day and the number of approvals would vary massively day to day. I realise eventually they’d spend the same amount of time (multiple soft-rejections) on each theme, but at least they’re shifting through the (long) queue faster.
Exactly, reviewers job is not to get your theme accepted, their job is to accept quality themes – if there’s 20 issues with your theme, it’s not their job to point them to you.

Are you serious? There are WordPress themes available here from December 2008! What about them? On the other side, they are quite unique now in terms of design.
3D version is pretty impressive, I must learn more about 3D WebGL, but I agree with Smartik, your design is far from being accepted here.

Harmful? It’s harmful that TF doesn’t have anything like this, but it’s just a competition.
I’ve seen it couple times when I log into customers’ dashboard for support, so even if they have this ‘feature’ they still use themes from ThemeForest But kudos for HoHo, it’s great marketing move, too bad ThemeForest didn’t use that idea. One of the top authors here also use/used similar thing, each theme added another page to dashboard that listed other themes from this author.
