A game which can be sponsored for 100s of dollars are being sold on envato market place because it did not get any sponsorship for few days.

Simple solution

Create a loader swf in As3

inside that loader swf, create two movieclips

in one movieclip load the As2 file (Because AS3 engine is capable of playing AS2 files also)

and in another load the AS3 file which you need to implement newly.
