If soft reject 2nd time then open your item>>history tab. you can find new rejection reason here.

Last Time soft reject reason : “The hierarchy, typography, leading, alignment, use of whitespace and general design here needs improving. You also need to include proper bleeds, this file is incorrectly set out. “

How to set up proper bleed in trifold brochure? I created a trifold brochure CMYK,8.5×11 In,Bleed 0.25 In with Photoshop cs4 Bleed layer is transparent. Reviewer says “The area of your files that is transparent on the outside is where the document needs to extend to.Also, work a bit more on the typography please and use fonts that work well together.” If my design is quality less then why dont reviewer tell me that? Hello im new in this market.I submitted a web banner design here,But its rejected. All is layered,Psd,Grouped,Named and attached a help file.But i cant understand why rejected. Can anyone give me some good tips for approving file(Only web banner design) Thank you.
