Not sure, maybe when the problem is really bad. I’ve had money taken back out of my account when a paypal fraud occurs, but I don’t think so for refunds.

this was a very popular web firm purchasing items to resell to their customers, we had to modify the templates quite extensively to suit their needs, so the extended licence cost sortof covered that work.

I had the exact same problem,and later on,Envato took money from my account like I did that,not someone else,I just received email from support regarding some kind of fraud and lost that extended sale money.But hey,I was happy for a day or two for that extended sale
