Hi All,

I thinking about starting a blog about flash as3 and flash related stuff offcourse but i would like to know what are you looking for on a blog?

Just good scripts that are explained? or more looking for step by step tutorials? or maybe only flash news?

Good idea…I think the flash community (especially the starters) needs more information on coding methodologies, best practices, OOP , tips and tricks and such things. Quality is not just about design and we all know how a well written code can reduce maintenance burdens over time (and also imparts flexibility to the structure of the application).

+1 for flash news…Good luck… :)

How about filling in the blanks for the Actionscript documentation. You could call it, “Actionscript documentation re-written for humans”. It seems only half the time you get an actual example of how to use the code which in my opinion is dumb.

Wow fast response!

Iam thinking about a mix now with basics of oop programming, some more advanced things with papervision box2d etc for the technical parts and also things like projects in am working on (I work as flash programmer at a dutch company and as freelancer) and nice sites i found on the web.

It seems you’re into Papervision. I’d like to read about how to truly minimize CPU usage in Papervision. I’m sure are are some methods you could share :)
