These days,I’m looking for some method to promote our product, but just found two method.
1). Adobe Exchange. (but need 3 months for approved).
2). HotScripts. (About 2 months for approved).

These methods need too long time for approved.

So if you have other method, please sharing it.

Thanks. :):):)

I tried those two methods for the first time on my last file. No work from AE but HotScripts approved in less than a week. But no referral badge yet :D

As far as other suggestions, you can always start a blog. But you need to devote some time for the blog to be successful.

+1 for a blog. But, you will have to devote much time for that. Keeping a good and active blog takes a lot.

Blogs (and I am taking about flash blog`s) they are pretty much all the same .

A . First they are look the same so boring (maybe a flash blog ? : P ) .

B . the info there don’t bring something new, then you see a few free tutorials, some talk blab la AS3 /AS2 that’s it. and after 6 month the bloger get tired updating his stuff .

C .the time you need to devote to it will take a lot from you to have a success blog ,so ok after some time you only care about advertise your items, fine and that what your blog is a bout – like a commercials during NBA time-out (with out the hot girls).

D. web site like ActiveTuts or forums like AD are taking the stings from most blogs in a matter of effective./info/ free tutorials.

Of course you have some huge and successful flash blogs out there but most of the small ones just fade in time so we are back again to commercials during NBA time-out

You are totally right, I my self run a blog but you have to devote allot of time to be effective and look for ways to interest your readers, right now I am looking for ways to make my blog more interesting, maybe write about more things then only flash and AS3 … I really don’t know any ideas?:P

Yes I know you run a blog (:

I think the key to a successful blog is to ride on a unique niche when its about flash, meaning don’t have a blog like all toes bazillion mingles flash blog`s out there, also sharing info and thought every one do that, and you are so unknown as developer’s in the global perspective + the credibility is something that you earn with years not weeks or month .

So ill give you example develop something that is useful and share it under MIT . See example of a class that many of us here on AD flupie.textanim, Classes by Almeida and Mauro de Tarso (brazilin of course) not that hard to make (i think) and its super useful (by the way i already saw some file here ripping this class here and i think its outrage ,but hi…..)

http://flupie.net/textanim/docs/flupie/textanim/TextAnimEvent.html .

Something like this will bring lots of traffic under your blog so no need for all those mambo jumbo stuff, you bring up flower to your blog you elevate your business more traffic more Adds` on you your file to AD since at the end what you are trying to do is to translate that traffic to money and expose your name to more people ,your are promoting your skills first and not copy paste info !

Also something that i don’t get there so many bloger`s here why not team up ? You do it here with your files you can do it on your blog`s, leave your ago side a way like the Greek philosopher Socrates say “ago is the heritage of the foolish” team up split/triple the burden from you . Flash is a constantly moving, learning new stuff, freelancing, running a blog, its to much for 1 man show if you want exposure, as this day`s go by when internet moving so fast .

twitter, Forrst, Facebook, blog, Youtube… you know i hate those stuff ,I don’t have the time for this but that’s just me Its for sure not a solution in our business but thats MIO ,Or I can say I am to busy to track all this Sh**
