I helped him about my template. But, he (ksfhhllp) could not wait for a new modification. And, wrote a bad message on my portfolio. Can I need to update all customer needs at the same time when a message come to me? Why people can’t wait a few days? I don’t understand. I help per person with good modifications in my products.

I haven’t run into that issue yet… but usually if someone really needs a modification badly I’ll do it as freelance work for a certain charge… and then put the update online after.
Don’t worry about it too much, just get the comment removed.

This some times happens. One out of hundred may fell into urgent situations and find a place to blame others. If it seems meaningless, report for violation and focus on next buyer.

That really sucks, but you shouldn’t get angry over this. There are a lot of things that are not worth careing much for

Don’t worry about it…. you can’t making everyone happy… but rather don’t mention the buyers name… maybe he was having a bad day or something… just ignore it and deal with the next customer
