About my background file with pixel pattern

A user (flasher3015) without reading of pattern permission text said me it’s stolen.

Original pattern is taken from http://www.k10k.net/pixelpatterns/1036/

You can read “Commercial Usage OK (but please credit the creator)”.

I did it so. I had permission from the creator.

Is it so easy to slander without asking a person you had its permission or you use with some extra payment?

relax man..sometimes it happens..just ignore it, taking the user’s silly mistake i am sure he will be more carefull nexttime in blaming someone

But for as far as i can see u just took the background (with the authors permission) and sold it on flashden?

I inserted some codes and images to make it available to another bg. Also, I wrote permission about the pattern when uploading file to FD. If it’s a restriction, why FD reviewers accepted it?
