I was thinking it could be a good idea to set up a system for two author to collab together on a track and share the benefit of the work automatically between the concerned account.
What do you think?
Eh I personally don’t think its such a good idea. It probably would get used very rarely and I would think it’s easier for two people to just split the payment themselves
Plus im sure the Devs have a long list of things they want to implement that would be much more helpful to buyers and authors.

Ok, yeah, i understand your position thesecession, i don’t want to be mean but, each time someone make ask a question about the website ppl claim “dev have better to do”. Thats quite surprising reaction considering :
-That is not the subject -Your not a dev -no one devellop the subject

I personally find it difficult to work with someone else on instrumental music. I’ve collaborated for songs, where the singer would write the lyrics and the vocal melody, that works, because it’s to each his own. But to have two composers work on the same thing… not my cup of tea…
Though I know it happens often, but mostly in jam sessions (like some bands write their stuff) and I know Dark Knight had two composers, but I think they worked on different themes…

Hello Audiofool
I aksed a while ago also, if someone would be interrested in collaborating for some tracks. As i know, especally in the electronic / dance music scene, there are many collabs, where you just send some audio or midifiles to each other. I have done this before with some people ( not from AJ tho ), and currently working on a complete album doing collabs trough the internet.
Regarding Envato, this question about sharing has been asked a few times ( videohive and aj collabs ), and as far as i remember, the are such accounts. But on the other hand, i believe its also easy to just use one account, as everyone involved in the track, could see how mayn times it has been sold. So there should not be a chance for anyone to cheat ( unless the account owner is not paying out the income then ).
I’m always interrested in working with other people, but have to say, that it does not always work with such a “team”
We would have to try to know
Have fun
