Almost ready for another try! Shoud I?

Hello everyone,

I have worked hard the last few days improving my XHTML / CSS template for approval. I am almost ready to upload (1 week of work still). I still need to improve the Clients inner page and all of the Blog pages.

Please share feedback again, and tell me if you think I have a shot at it or I should postpone the upload. Some points I think need work still:

1) There’s something wrong with the top area / logo. 2) Blog pages need a ton of work. 3) Slider, footer and gallery graphics polished.

• the submenu comes with shadow but root menu items on hover don’t have shadow, this makes the menu to not have continuity
• the logo need tuning
• the graphics you use to overlay are not pixel perfect, I know there are some accepted themes with these large angled lines or curves, but they come with better spacing concepts
• your contact form has no Submit button.
• titles & bold text must be darker color, almost black

First of all, thank you for your answer! I originally had the Piecemaker as the index file, then exchanged it with the Nivo one, missing the title. Thanks for chatching this minor issue.

Anything else? Do you think it’s good enough?

Thanks a lot for your time, friend. Will look into all these things, all valid issues. As for the headings becoming darker, wouldn’t that make too much contrast with the background? Hurt the eyes a bit?

Cannot hurt the eyes, but only help when you have several content blocks. Contrast help headings do their job in showing the hierarchical structure of the content, so this technique can only help.
