I’m in the middle of learning wordpress and I’m wondering if there are people who choose to buy the extended licence for a theme? For example, for every 100 sales will there be at least one with the extended licence? Knowing there is a chance of something like that would really motivate me lol.

But those who bought your themes for $35 and sold it to their clients, probably earned the same amount of money as you could with the extended license… or more. 
By just adding the content and removing your logo. That’s why I think themes are underpriced.
