He means he sold them on one of the other marketplaces, like GraphicRiver.
I expect ThemeForest has the lowest extended to regular license sales ratio, since the extended licenses are so expensive on TF.

Indeed. If you compare 35$ with 1500$... well… I guess a more reasonable price for extended will increase the sales.

One extended for a PSD template. Not as good as extended license for a theme, but still good enough. Sometimes I wonder who would pay 500 $ for a PSD template and what it is used for now, but never found.
Also purchased several extended licenses from CC (sliders for my themes mainly)

I have sold a few Extended licenses from ActiveDen for flex component. Extended is more suitable for plugins or items which can be inserted into a bigger commercial project, I think thats why TF would be having a smaller ratio of Extended license when compared to AD or CC.
