Is the following set of images from asset library allowed to use for file previews (and downloads)?
So far I find no one using this set of images and I remember hearing something like not to use. Just need a clarification.

In the preview yes.. not in the download.. I made that mistake once and got a file rejection

That is fine, thanks! It would be more clear if they mention it on that page.
Needs to be mentioned clearly. Also got rejected once because of that

I still don’t understand why the assets can’t be included in the download package. Anyone could take the author quiz and download them ALL . Plus, it’s just some images, even if others use them in their websites, so what? I don’t mind DOes anyone else?

We used to only accept those in the download and I honestly don’t remember the reason. We don’t reject for that anymore. You can put them wherever you want. Sorry for the strange rejection, DS. 
I just emailed all the reviewers just in case one of them never got that email saying they’re alright now.

I did include them in download package and was never rejected for that reason 
One question, always wanted to ask this, a bit off topic
In the videohive previews there is an embed option and it gives the link to the flv preview file, could it be used in the templates video players and such… Of course with permission of the author? I mean is it technically possible and does not brake any rules?

Yep, as long as you ask and link back to the file in your description. Also, be clear that it’s not included. Otherwise you’ll have angry buyers.
