You have to be featured.

Best to contact support and they should sort you out with the badge 
They normally give it within 1 – 3 days ( Or from what i’ve seen.. honest i’m not stalking anyone 
)

A couple week ago I ask contact support, and I get an answer from support..
“As far as I am aware, there isn’t a “Featured Author” badge that I can see. If there was one, I think you would qualify. If I’m wrong and you’ve seen someone with a badge as you described, just let me know.”
I am confuse..
