In case your preview made to work only through selected Envato domain names, now it is time to recheck if your preview really works. The locations seems to be changed.

It seems 2 of my file preview doesn’t show anything for more than a week and just now made an update! :D

You are talking about file previews or preview images?

I just noticed preview images dont show on my files.

I wonder how long has that been like this…

^ About preview swf files. I mention about the files on which authors themselves check if the preview is running from Envato domain or not.

Ok, all the files that dont have a preview image look like this:

(at least in my portfolio)

If there is no link in the top left, buyers couldnt even click to see the preview (the rest is not clickable)

Thanks for letting me know, VF!

Just so I’m clear, this is only on items that have some sort of check to make sure it’s on ActiveDen, right?

Two of my file, the preview doesn’t work. I check it several times still I can’t find the problem. I think the problem only occurs on the item page, I hope the developer will sort this as soon as possible

Yes, the only files which checks domain name are the ones facing the issue. Other files are working as usual at least for my case.

I just removed the domain name checkup and updated the file and it is working fine. So in my case the problem is not with preview system.

But found another author’s file preview which simply doesn’t shows images but probably loads xml. Looking at the preview page source, the preview url and base url are not the same. For example:

preview_url: "http://2.s3.envato.com/files/****/preview.swf",
base: "http://1.s3.envato.com/files/****/"

Note the difference of “2.s3” and “1.s3”.
