I once did a backflip on someone’s trampoline and I landed on the outer edge’s rim/pole and landed inbetween the springs shoulder first. I was lucky I didn’t break my shoulder bone. I mean collar bone. The most recent backflip I did was at my cousin’s house. I almost got a her-knee-ah (how is it spelled?). And it looked like the second to last backflip in that video.
I used to do back flips off my 2 story apartment though. Did two different times. Both times I hurt my back and bruised my ankles pretty badly. The third time I was attempting it, a cop stopped me and told me to get off the roof. I was nuts then.
