To help the devs out can you please post what browser and OS you’re using? as it might help us isolate the issue a little quicker.

The other thing that would be helpful to us in tracking and fixing your errors is the exact time, timezone, and page the error/404 occurred at. EG:
Time: 3:44PM UTC +1100 (AEDT) Page: codecanyon.net/upload/form?type=javascript Browser: Chrome 4.0.249.49 (35163) beta OS: Mac OS X 10.6.2 Error: 404
Either post that here or send it to support, and we can use the data to track down what is causing these problems.

I don’t get any error pages etc. I just can’t see ZIP file after uploading it, only preview mp3.

I have also error while uploading 
First, after filling tons of information, I upload the preview file. While filling the rest of the info I suddenly don’t have anymore the uploaded file but the files that were uploaded last time (almost a week), so I refresh the page, loose all the info, fill again all, upload again all the new files and now that:
“500 Internal Server Error
If you are the administrator of this website, then please read this web application’s log file to find out what went wrong.”

same problem… after click upload i got

I’m really sorry to hear about everyone’s problems, I know this is affecting quite a few people. All I can tell you at this stage is that the devs have put a new solution in place that they are testing this weekend, so if the testing goes okay, expect to see a solution very soon. i make other .zip with winace and now load ok. Other old .zip load ok. I think problem in bad .zip …it must be 1 of 100…so if you have error-you lucky:)
