Clearly if you read my initial post you would see that I was only able to make one deposit of $100 and we’ve already purchased “Podium – Responsive Speaking Events Theme” for wordpress. So not sure what you mean by brought and badges?

Means file a ticket here: http://support.envato.com or send a tweet here: http://twitter.com/#!/envato_support , most probably they ask you to open a ticket.
