(Locked) Competitors Reviewing Files?

Why would we want our competitors reviewing our files?

This makes absolutely no sense! How can we be assured that we’re not being rejected , because of “competitive factors”?

I mean whats stopping a reviewer/competitor from having a personal vendetta against another author?

We were rejected because our file didn’t meet ActiveDens “Aesthetic Guidelines”.

The problem is non specifics, when rejecting a file. Why is ActivDen so quick to reject a file with no explanation?

Isn’t that sort of “Counter productive”?

If ya really want people to do their best here,and put their work up, Then why treat them like trash , giving them no “REAL” explanation as to why the file was rejected.

Wouldn’t You “WANT” to tell them whats wrong so they can fix it,and get it up for sale? LOL ??????

I don’t see this as a competition, but I also think this is a delicate subject. Anyway, with time I started to think that they were picked carefully by Activeden staff and they are all “good people”

Absolutely, We have nothing against these people at all!

Everything seems to be a “delicate subject” around here. I guess we are sort of Gassed up about being rejected , without any details as to why.

Because at the end of the day, if we don’t fix whats wrong,and don’t upload our files. How would that be productive here?

Is ActiveDen too big, to care about such a small peons as us authors? lol

Wouldn’t it make sense to tell the author exactly why his or her file is not acceptable?

Rather than just a general smack in the face such as “Your Item does not meet the aesthetics requirements”?

Basically this behavior is typical of a competitor.

I think if you change the fonts and maybe use only one style scroller bar instead of a few. The font is really pixelly for me also the navigation arrows are kinda hard to see on the main page. Even thou you made it rustic looking it works fine so there is no problem with the functions of the template.

I would definitely change the colors of the text for sure. On the menus page its hard to read the dark red text.

As i said it works fine just have to buff it up, the design is good but the color scheme I would change.
