Contact form help

Hello all, I am looking for help with a contact form i have been on many forums trying to recify the issue but cant seem to solve it.

The problem is that i never know if anyone is actually filling the contact form in properly and if it isnt filled in properly it wont send, I need to put in some sort of must fill into the form?
