I just got an item accepted but didn’t got reviewer’s mail. I actually want to track the time it’s been accepted. So should I contact support about it?

Don’t know mate. I guess I should contact support about it. It’s been more than an hour since I logged in in gmail but still nothing in it. Thanks for the reply.

I’m using Gmail too, and recent days it turned out to be very slow in processing. In some cases I had to tell my friends/ customers to send the mail again and wait til it get to my inbox.
I’m not sure if the approval/rejection emails get sent automatically and not manually. B/c I remember clearly when one of my items was on soft rejection, I just happened to see that the item was in my ‘hidden’ menu, the reviewer had forgotten to send me the email. So maybe it’s like that for approvals too.

I suggest you check your junk folder, sometimes gmail tends to sort things out as spam that shouldn’t be listed as such

@PatrikL: Already did that. I usually end up in spam and trash if by mistake my mails go there. No luck though.
