Does anyone know of a HTML template that has sold more than 200 times?

I kno wordpress files are king around here, but I was curious if anyone knew of any or has any just plain jane HTML +CSS files that have sold more than 200x?

And if so point me to them! Thanks!

Do it yourself.

Step 1. Go to http://themeforest.net/ and select “Site Templates” category (All the html templates goes here)

Step 2. Filter [ Order by : Sales ]

Step 3. Checkout the no. of sales the top Templates has made..

There’s more than 10 pages of HTML templates over 200 sales, but only 1 over 2,000 sales (if you don’t count admin templates).
