Hi everybody,

Maybe somebody to explain me the reason why when we (I) have a credit of $36,00 to buy an item for $6,00 the system proposes, either (Buy via PayPal) or Use Prepaid deposits money. I have no choice, either I deposit more money or I have to pay by credit card. The minimum deposits is $20,00. Should I have $56, 00 credits to download a $6, 00. No sens!!! Something is wrong. I really appreciate if there is somebody to explain me what is wrong before an official complaining. Thanks Antonio

Why can’t you use the prepaid option?

When you click the “Purchase” button and it pops down a little menu click on “Use Prepaid Deposits (Save $2)” and it will take the funds from your current credit :)

I think he was confused because even though he has money in his account he is seeing the “buy it now price” displayed.

Something to really consider would be to display pricing based on the members balance. If the member has a balance, the system could display the prepaid price. If the member’s account balance is $0.00, then the buy it now price could be displayed.

But for now Agos, just click purchase. When you click it, it will bring to you the options screen where you can select your account to fund your purchase rather than having to deposit. Reaper made a very good suggestion regarding the wording on the purchase button to get rid of confusion caused by this. I am sending the suggestion through after I post here, and hopefully we can get this worked out sooner than later.
