drag and drop page design required

I am in need of a program where the user can upload such things as their logo and information and other items and / or select pre set shapes etc from lists and then drag and drop the item into a position on the screen, if these can be resized then all the better

The items must not be allowed to cover each other and must at the end of the process be able to be converted to some sort of file or data and then be stored on the server so that these pages can be called up when required

First question Is that possible ? Second Question Can you do it ?

Just wondering if you ever got this sorted out. Checked your profile to send you a message but do not see a contact form. Anyway, if you still need this done, I can do for you and yes it is possible. In order to store files on the server would require a bit more then flash but pretty simple process. Let me know.
