I’d guess that that’s physically shot, reflected in a flexible mirror, then keyed / contrast upped.

I bet you could pull off something very similar by using the right kind of matte with the Displacement Map effect, and keyframe the horizontal and vertical displacement properties to get it to jump around like that.

Best way would be to make a flexi reflective surface in Cinema, if you’re looking for a digital solution. Displacement map is to linear and flat to give the organic look that you’ve got there.
