Hi guys,
I am currently working on a website for a client that is a joomla/virtuemart combo. It will allow people to buy downloadable video files of documentaries.
There will be about a dozen one hour documentaries. Not sure of the size of each file yet but they will be well over 100mb each at least.
Most of the websites I have created in the past have been small business websites that I have been able to host using services such as a hostgator reseller account.
This website will require much more in storage, bandwidth and processor resources as well as most likely a dedicated IP address, but I have not had much experience in enterprise level hosting.
Can anyone give a recommondations?

The requirement doesn’t sound ‘enterprisy’ at all. Why don’t you upload the videos to blip.tv?
