Envato membership all messed up

When we were told last week that it would be a good idea to change our password due to the hacking last week, I did so. I’ve had nothing but trouble since.

I’ve now discovered that I’m logged into Code canyon and Videohive ok, but I can’t log into my account when on any of the others sites. It isn’t made any easier having to read the snail trail writing every time I attempt it.

Anybody else having a problem?

The biggest problem with this, is that it means I’m unable to make any purchases on the other sites. I could contact support, wait 3-7 days for a reply, maybe get it sorted out and make a purchase, or I could just go somewhere else right now, make my purchase and be working again.

Ctrl-Shift-Delete and then try?

Maybe you can try to delete your internet cache (cookies). I don’t know if this will help, but you can try.

It’s justa worry that others will have the same problem and go off somewhere else.
