Hello. I would like everyone to especially Envato that your customer service response time via a created ticket needs improvement lots of improvement! I understand in searching around that this is an ongoing problem. I have purchased several themes from your competitors and some from you. As a consumer from the U.S., I guess I expected a better service. Better said, I expected a response period!
I requested a refund after a plug-in did to a nice theme did not work as advertised. The author acknowledges in the forum that this malfunction was an oversight and has tried to fix it but cannot. He states to request a refund and to use his forum as a reference. This was the easy part. I want to say that this author has been excellent in his customer support and has always answered not only my but everyone’s questions in a timely and satisfactorily manner. Unlike your service.
What do I have to do to get you guys to respond and take care of this request? Clearly, the author his meet his obligation. What about you? My ticket number is KDA -714-78626.

I don’t think you guys are making any efforts to improve your service just as raulcaro mentioned I haven’t received a refund after 22 days of literally fighting alone to get this situation to be solved. Poor customer service, it takes days for a simple response… Im still waiting to see my money back on my credit card or at least an alternate solution, you guys took the money away from my themeforest account and no answer so far. It is very disappointing. Whats Themeforest competitor by the way?
The way I see is that supports questions > support staff and they are doing their best. They can get inundated at times.
