What’s so great about Flash is that it extends beyond the desktop. It’s being used on billboards and in stadiums for advertising, on our televisions through widgets and interactive TV show guides, in the palm of your hand on mobile devices, and now it’s available in your car.
very cool stuff. I love seeing when Flash is being used outside of the web.
Yup, plus if you can write AS3 fluently it is based on the same standard ECMA Script that javascript is based on, except javascript is much easier to write because it is much less strict than AS3 . So switching back and forth between developing a flash site and a static html site is really easy. I can’t see why anyone wouldn’t want to learn flash. Def here to stay!
