What means “or equivalent Website Visitors”? I´m sorry, I´m not native English speaker.

since i see 25 is equivalent Website Visitors i think its pointless to use it as free font ,so you need to requires a commercial license

But I want this font for my company – to invoices, letters etc. I don´t want to use it at any website.

It’s the same thing; probably you will have more than 25 user view? If not you can use this font.
From what i see/read it’s pretty much pointless of use as a free license
