Food Menu Rejection

Another. What am I doing wrong?

One thing I see in both designs or spacing issues. They both seem pretty crammed, the various elements do not have any room to breathe. In the menu this is especially apparent when you list the foods, the lines are very close together. The same also goes for the text blocks in the resume.

This makes both designs look very busy and boxed in. Give it some room to breathe!

I think that gives it a much cleaner and lighter look already.

Maybe also give the headers like “skills and attributes” a little more room, separate them from the lines a little more.

The same goes for the photo of John, it’s very close to the title.

The indent of the list under under the attributes also seems a little off, maybe simply blinded to the left.

I don’t know if it will be enough to convince the reviewer that this is a great design, but this definitely gives it a cleaner and more organised impression.
