For ArikB (file looks great, reviewer finds a problem it doesn't exist)

You rejected my file today with the following message:

We’re sorry, your item Real 3D Image Presentation has not been approved for sale on GraphicRiver. This is the reason given by our item inspector:

This File Did Not Meet Our Criteria

While we appreciate the conceptual strengths of this submission, we were unable to include it in GraphicRiver’s library. Unfortunately, GraphicRiver’s policy requires us to decline any item with improperly licensed or contestable asset use. While properly licensed assets are allowed, the core work of any file must be original work by the author. If you wish to include outside assets, please consider using the Envato asset library ( http://graphicriver.net/page/asset_library ) and carefully read the Envato asset use policy ( http://wiki.envato.com/selling/tips-selling/what-images-videos-illustrations-or-music-can-i-use-in-my-items/ ).

Please remember to include licensing information for any outside assets you may have used.

Please make sure to provide a decent descriptions which explains what can be found inside the file.

I don’t think I really understand what are you talking about. You haven’t mentioned a single “asset” in my file that you think it might be taken from someplace else. As I wrote in the support ticket, my file contains no assets made by someone else, except the tree photo in the preview and sample image, taken from the envato photo library. All parts of the file except this one, are made in Photoshop and 3D Studio Max by Me. So what were you thinking when you rejected the file? Another reviewer once in doubt, asked me additional information about used assets (wasn’t the case there too). You could have done the same.

Contact support stating your problem. There might have been a misunderstanding or there was an error. (The queue was having problems and authors were recieving no email with a reason for the rejection.)

So contact support directly and ask Arik to clarify.

Hi Artorious! The forum threads isn’t the best way to get information from a specific reviewer. As Hansv said, please contact Support and either ArikB or myself will be glad to help you ASAP .
