We’re a team of 2 people (a designer and a backend wordpress developer ) and we are in need of a front end developer (HTML, CSS , jQuery) that will slice and code the designs so that the WP developer can take it from there…
We can make great products together but you must be sure you want to do this for a good while(long term prefferably). The profits are split 50/50 with the designer on html theme and 33% for each team member on WP version.

Update: just to be clear, the products are for themeforest and I (backend developer) have experience and have built products from design to WP that where accepted and sold on themeforest (this is a new separate, team account).
