Full Screen Preview?

Did something change – when looking at templates we now have the Full Screen Preview button rather than the Live Preview button? Seems like it’s wrong to me as it is a live preview and it’s certainly not a full screen preview.

Just saw this as well, looks good. But yeah the button verbiage should be “Live Preview” not sure why they changed it

well we always had live preview – they just changed the wording to something that doesn’t make sense and is not good user interface description.

Any comments from Envato on why this was done please? I think users will be confused – was better before it was changed.

go and look at the code you see. you can no longer see what the code used by the author looks like, that is why the name has changed, what you see is totally different than before. it is no longer a live preview, it is a page display.

yep they now mask the off site url aswell. least it doesnt show my dev install url now.

and bar at the top so its simpler for them to return and purchase your item.

You can still visit the original site by clicking the “X” icon in the top right corner. I wouldn’t be opposed if they removed it.

Yup you can still view the source code if you click the “x” and inspecting them using Firebug..

I can just right click and view frame source (no need for firebug or clicking the “x”) – not sure why people can’t see the code – don’t see the benefit of this really… maybe I am missing the whole point
