Hi I have just had an item rejected because the video support file was not included with all the documents i provided a link to view it on my own hosting becuase it was quite a large size (is there a limit to upload at all?).
However this was not the only help documentation i also provided a full text document explaining all as well. so… Should my file have been rejected just cause i didnt put the video help in the folder despite also having a full text help file. It does say you can provide any of them.
I put a link in the Item description to the video is this also allowed, I have seen others with this but has it changed since they may have done it? Cause this was not specified in the email i received from support if i could do it or not ?
